History of Indian Flag | Incredible India

Ashoka Chakra (Dharma Chakra)
India

Friends, there was a meeting of the Constituent Assembly on 22 July 1947 i.e. a few days before the independence of our country, the Indian flag that we see now was actually decided during this meeting itself.

Friends, on the top of the flag of India, there is a dark saffron color, which is a symbol of strength and courage of the country.
There is a white color below it, which is a symbol of peace and truth of the country.
And the dark green color below it, which shows the growth and auspiciousness of our country.

History of Indian Flag

Friends, the size of the Indian flag is fixed, which is of 2/3 ratio.
The Ashoka Chakra in our flag, which is navy blue in color, is also called Dharma Chakra, which has 24 equal sized tilapia, in which 12 tiliya represents the movement of life and 12 tilya represents death in stagnation. Apart from this, each Tili has its own meaning which is something like this:

1. First match:- Sanyam (inspires to lead a restrained life)
2. Second match :- Arogya (inspires to lead a healthy life)
3. Third match :- Shanti (advice to maintain peace and order in the country)
4. Fourth match:- Renunciation (development of the spirit of sacrifice for the country and society)
5. Fifth match:- modesty (education of modesty in personal nature)
6. Sixth Tili :- Service (education of service to the country and society)
7. Seventh match: - Forgiveness (feeling of forgiveness towards humans and animals)
8. Eighth match:- Prem (feeling of love for country and society)
9. The ninth match:- Maitri (feeling of friendship in the society)
10. Tenth match :- Brotherhood (promoting patriotism and fraternity)
11. The eleventh stick :- Organization (to keep the unity and integrity of the nation strong)
12. Twelfth Tili :- Kalyan (participating in welfare works for the country and society)
13. Thirteenth match: - Prosperity (contributing to the prosperity of the country and society)
14. Fourteenth match :- Industry (helping in the industrial progress of the country)
15. Fifteenth match: - Security (always ready for the security of the country)
16. Sixteenth match :- Niyam (rules in personal life to behave with restraint)
17. Seventeenth Tili :- Samata (Establishment of egalitarian society)
18. Eighteenth match :- Meaning (Using money wisely)
19. Nineteenth Tili :- Policy (Keeping allegiance to the policy of the country)
20. Twentieth Tili :- Nyaya (Talking of justice for all)
21. Twenty-first match: - Sahakarya (working together)

After this, after many years of independence, on 26 January 2002, the Flag Code of India was amended, as a result of which we were now allowed to fly the Indian flag at our homes, offices, schools and universities on any day. According to this constitution, we have to respect our Indian flag, insulting any kind of flag is a crime.
